    i love this girl, home grown in seattle! totally beautiful at any size – I can’t believe this is her first video, I’ve never seen this one, been watching all the others and WOW! she really did it! she deserves all of our respect for kicking her own behind and whipping it into shape!

    im 13, 5″6, and about 125-ish. I’m not concerned about my weight, but i need to get a flat tummy by Sakura-Con. Which is in about 4 months >: does anyone have any technique they use to help their upper and lower abs?

    ChouBunny, all i can really advise for you is a healthy diet, and cardio.
    Keeping a healthy diet is really quite easy, im a body builder so i need to keep myself in good form. What i have is oats with raisins in the morning with semi skimmed milk, then another 5 small meals, e.g, vegatables with low fat sauce, red beans, healthy soup, etc..
    Also, for your cardio, i suggest brisk walking around your block a few times, or, intense dance practise :)

    Hey! I just wanted to say i’m SOOO glad I ran into your videos because I’ve been wanting to lose weight and you just finished giving me the inspiration to do it! People also tell me that I look fine but I wanna be happy with myself so thank you so much for the inspiration! BTW i wish i had small boobs lol! I know u were complainin about them but trust me I’m naturally a DD and I hate it!! u cant run and back pains are horrible and on a 5′1 tall body not good!

    hi im 16 and about 140ish. im about 5′3″, and always gain weight durring winter. i cant count calories and im not a member of a gym, and im petless. anything that can help me? i almost never drink soda, and i dance. so any help is welcomed. message me please!!( i wanna be in shape by the end of Jan. for OhayoCon.)

    I just have a quick question. I have lost 20 pounds and now weigh 200 yay. its exciting. well i was just wondering if you were able to lose weight during your period, or how you dealt with not losing weight or gaining during your period. I was 198 two days ago and today weighed 201. its kinda sad. but i am just looking for some inspiration. :) thank you for your videos. I started watching like 2 months ago when I finally decided to get healthy and its like having a buddy in weight loss. :D

    HI!!! My name is katie and i’m kind of like you. I’m 17 and i’m 5 8”. i am about 195 lbs. Also i want to get down to about 150 at the least. I’m thinking of starting a low carb diet but i don’t really know if thats right for me yet. So for now i’m probobly just going to do a simple version of it. also i am thinking of doing more exersize again. Anyway i will watch your videos because you are a lot like me :) keep up the videos!!!

    I eat beans and rice at night, because I’m not 100% raw :) Stick with beans you cook yourself and brown rice if possible.

    You can eat dehydrated anything, as long as it was dehydrated in less than 118 degree temperatures (to keep the enzymes alive). Roasted nuts etc are out, unless you’re on a percentage raw and not 100%.

    I am sooooo with you on the hiding your weight well. I am sitting at 285 and people think i’m nuts when I tell them how much I weigh.
    I’m starting south beach soon and hope and pray that it jump starts me to a healthy way of eating forever! Best of luck to you!
